About Our Antibodies

ProteaImmun provides polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies against proteases and there substrates and inhibitors. The antibodies are to be used in EIA, ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation.

ProteaImmun offers a list of anti-MMP (Matrix Metalloproteases) antibodies and antibodies for detection and quantification of nine different polyclonal anti-Collagen antibodies known as MMP substrates. For analysis of the inhibitor TIMP 2, two monoclonal antibodies are provided.

For determination of ADAMTS activity a monoclonal antibody against ADAMTS5 and furthermore one antibody targeting
the hydrolysis products of the Aggrecan-IGD substrate are produced. The polyclonal anti-Dipetidylpeptidase IV and anti-
Cathepsin K antibodies are applicable for ELISA, flow cytometry and other immunotechniques.
