About Our Immunoassays

ProteaImmun offers three ELISAs:
• ProteaDetect^® human act MMP-13
• ProteaDetect^® Aggrecanase Activity Assay
• ProteaDetect^® Sensitive Aggrecanase Activity Assay

The first assay quantifies active MMP 13 (Collagenase 3) in human serum and synovial fluid and therefore provides a reliable analytic method for estimation of active MMP-13 in human body fluids and tissue samples.

Our Aggrecanase Assays allow quantitative determination of aggrecanases ADAMTS1, ADAMTS4 and ADAMTS5 activities in buffer solutions, serum-free cell culture supernatants and other biological probes. The assays can be used to screen and to characterize aggrecanase inhibitors as well.
